Experience, transparency, and a commitment to protecting your equity.
I am a licensed Real Estate Attorney (since 1991) and Real Estate Broker (since 2004) in California. Over the course of my career, I've personally sold over 200 homes as a broker and advised on hundreds more transactions.
My experience led the California Association of Realtors to select me to train other Realtors on how to list and negotiate complex transactions like short sales, as well as how to legally and effectively negotiate multiple offers.
While our main office is in San Diego, we have successfully sold properties across California—from Sacramento, LA, Orange County, and Riverside, out to the desert. We also maintain a robust referral network of trusted Realtors and lawyers in Florida, Texas, Arizona, and nationwide.
It's about consumer choice and understanding the real work involved in selling a home. Having sold so many homes, I know that for a motivated seller, the process typically takes about 20 hours of our time—sometimes extending to 40, occasionally as short as 15.
We know the exact effort required, so we figured out what pay is fair. I much prefer this work over traditional legal billing. I don't like keeping track of billable hours; I'd rather just be helpful, answer questions, and work alongside you toward the same goal: getting your house sold.
We do whatever it takes to get the job done, and we are more than happy to work for a fair, transparent paycheck without taking an unnecessary percentage of your equity.
Many traditional realtors don't fully grasp their contracts, which can lead to mistakes that jeopardize transactions. As an attorney, I don't just pick apart deals to show off legal acumen. We use our experience to fix those mistakes, keep the deal together, and ensure a smooth closing for the good of both the buyer and the seller.
